Pie Crust

I've been going through recipes from my grandmother, Peg Hyneman, and decided to  share them with family and friends.

Pie Crust

3 c flour
1 c lard
1 1/2 tea salt
1 beaten egg
1/3 c water
3 tea vinegar

makes 3 single crusts
